Orders and payment
All prices shown on Junt Store are in Nigerian Naira and include the exact item price displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed through our Nomba / SOTI Payment Gateway partner. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Delivery
Lagos orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Nationwide courier delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery fees are displayed clearly in the Order Summary before payment.
7-day defect return & refund policy
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact our Support Desk within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order details and clear photos or video of the issue. Approved returns are assessed and processed in 3–5 business days. Items must be returned in their original condition with included accessories and packaging.
